We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs.

We offer FREE Standard Delivery to UK on all orders over £35.00, otherwise, our postage rate to UK is £3.95.

If you would like to order more than one item but do not qualify for Free Delivery, the maximum postage charge for multiple items is £6.95 to the UK.

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 48 hours. Our 'cut off' time for same day & special delivery postage is 1pm.

Because of the nature of our adult items, we will send your parcel in discreet packaging. The only reference on your envelope will be on the postage label and a return address to Factor Me Limited www.factorme.co.uk

Sometimes, we can still accomodate next day delivery after our usual cut off time but it can not be guaranteed. If you order your item on a weekend or UK Bank Holiday, your item will be posted on the next posting day.

Although lovefoofoo.com have most products 'in hand' and ready for immediate dispatch, sometimes, due to the nature of the items, it may be necessary for the manufacturer to dispatch your order direct to you. We will share your address for order fulfillment only with our authorised suppliers who will not retain your details once the items have been sent.

Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque (offered to UK customers only)

The majority of our UK parcels are currently sent by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery which takes 3 - 5 working days to arrive.

International parcels will be sent Airmail and International signed for. For high value items, we may use a courier who offers a tracking service from collection to receipt.

If you have not received your parcel within 10 days of receiving the e-mail to confirm dispatch, please contact us so that we can start our trace procedures. It may be simply that the parcel is sitting in your local post office awaiting collection because the postman failed to leave a card.

If a parcel is returned to us because you fail to collect it in time, we reserve the right to re-charge the additiional postage we will have to pay to send your item again or cancel your order and deduct the postage charge.

Orders not received will not be deemed “missing” by Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed. We will therefore be unable to re-send or refund until after this period, and a claim has been made on Royal Mail.

Return Policy

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase from LoveFooFoo.com , but if you are not happy, you have up to 14 days to return the product(s) for any reason.

You have a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period and we expect any unwanted items to be returned to us in the condition that they were received.

Once the sealed packaging of a product has been opened , for reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to refund or exchange the product unless it was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state.

We DO NOT offer refunds on Earrings, Bottles of fragrance, undergarments with security seal removed or tampered with, Lubricants and tanning lotions. For reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns on thongs, briefs, g-strings and hosiery. Bespoke made to measure items are also non refundable.

Genuinely faulty goods will be exchanged (if replacements available) or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.

All items in our 'Sale' are of high quality and may be end of season, surplus stock or discontinued lines and available at a discounted price. For this reason, customers returning sale items, excluding returns for faults, will be given a credit voucher only which can be used against a future order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please ensure that returns are sufficiently wrapped and packed for posting, as items damaged during return may only receive a part refund.

It is your responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. The goods remain your responsibility until received back in store, so please obtain proof of posting. (We recommend you send the parcel by Royal Mail recorded delivery or special delivery - at your cost)

If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage costs (both ways). We will not refund your postage costs for items that were simply not liked or unsuitable but, providing they are in the same condition as you received them, we will refund the full price of the returned product. Please e-mail us for a returns number within 7 days of receipt of your items.

We cannot accept returns of 'special or personalised orders' other than a genuine manufacturing fault. We are also unable to refund special offer items or discounted items.

In addition to our returns policy, the Distance Selling Regulations (for sales on the internet or mail order) allows you to cancel any order you make any time up to 7 working days from the day after delivery for a complete refund.

Only unused and unopened merchandise will qualify, and you will be responsible for the cost of the return of the merchandise.
